9 Club Updates 9 U18 OSFL PLAYOFFS BEGIN

Playoff season is here and our Wildcats are in!

Provincial AAA quarter-final game day is Saturday July 22nd as our squad takes on the visiting Burlington Stampeders (3-3). Kick off is 4pm and YourTV will be covering the action at Joe St Denis Field.

The Wildcats finished the season in first place in the Eastern Conference, and thereby secure home field advantage for the first two rounds of the OSFL AAA playoffs.

The 2023 AAA U18 season has been a historic one, with the Wildcats going undefeated in the regular season (6-0). This is the first undefeated season for the Wildcats, since they were awarded a U18 franchise in 2010. The only blemish this season was a week 1 preliminary game loss against the same Burlington Stampeders, 25-20.

Wildcats have been ranked the #3 team in the province since week three of the regular season, and look to carry that momentum into the playoffs.

The Wildcats finished the season with the #1 scoring offence in the Eastern Conference, scoring 168 points in six games. The defence was also dominant, only giving up 54 points. Both sides of the ball will need to be sharp in the playoffs.

Admission to the game is $5 and there will be a concession. Come cheer on our hometown squad as they look to build on their successful regular season.
