CHAMPIONSHIP DAY WRAP UP

WHAT A WEEKEND!!

NCAFA Wildcats win all three “A” Cup championship games this weekend. That is a first in Wildcats history.

  • This is our third NCAFA “A” Cup at U10 (2015 & 2019)
  • This is our second NCAFA “A” Cup at U12, our third undefeated team (2017 & 2021)
  • This is our first ever NCAFA “A” Cup at U14, our first ever undefeated team

Wildcats President, Kirby Camplin was inducted into the NCAFA Hall of Fame in the “Builder” catagory on Sunday. He has coached in NCAFA since 2006, and been the president since 2015.

FRIDAY

U10 defeated Cumberland Panthers 36-32 on Friday night.

  • Cumberland had previously defeated our U10 Wildcats 60-16 in week two of the regular season
  • RB/CB Josh Salifu was the Player of the Game
  • U10 finishes the season 9-1
  • U10’s now advance to provincials on November 18th in Burlington, Ontario

SUNDAY
U12’s defeated Cumberland Panthers 30-0 on Sunday afternoon.

  • The U12’s finish their NCAFA season undefeated (10-0)
  • RB/LB Jean Thomas Nadeau was the Player of the Game
  • U12’s now advance to provincials on November 18th in Burlington, Ontario

U14’s defeated Myers Riders 34-28 in an overtime thriller on Sunday afternoon.

  • The U14’s finish their NCAFA season undefeated (10-0)
  • RB/LB Connor Hamelin was Player of the Game
  • U14’s now advance to provincials on November 18th in Burlington, Ontario

PROVINCIALS

We will competing against the champions from the Ontario Fall Football League (OFFL). Their championship games are next weekend. You can check out all their info on social media and the league website CLICK HERE. They are split into Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams. Our Wildcats will be completing against the Tier 1 teams.
