Practice #1 on March 31st, 2019 @ Benson Centre Fieldhouse

- Athletes will be in full equipment. Please wear running shoes.
- If there are equipment issues please see our coaches and they will point you in the right direction.
- We do sell practice jerseys, but it looks as though our order is delayed so we won’t have what we need this weekend.
- Each age group will be practicing together for several weeks. The focus will be on the fundamentals of football.
EQUIPMENT
We will be issuing equipment at our clubhouse at Joe St Denis Field on the following dates:

We will provide helmet, shoulder pads & football pants. We will have practice jerseys for sale ($20). There has been some delay with the delivery of our practice jerseys, so we may not have enough for everyone.
